- I Don't Use One, but I'd like to

I'd like to use Picasa or Flickr, but they require that the people I share with have an account they they set up and remember with either Google or Yahoo respectively. Not everyone wants one of those. I'd like to be able to give people I want to see pictures a user name and password that I could manage that would let them see the pictures I want them to see.
