As an N79 owner...
I can say that Nokia can make a very good camera phone.

My N79 definitely outshines my old Nikon CoolPix 4300 for image quality. More than the extra 0.7 megapixels would explain on their own. The video mode is better than some digital video cameras I've seen, although not in the same class as many of the better models.

The only real downside to a camera phone that I see is the lack of an optical zoom.
