you heard some of the same comments I did at Sapphire. The CFO has the product on a tight leash in terms of qualifying new customers. They have old filters for a new computing paradigm. Not sure if they will ever find this model profitable or attractive enough.
Frankly, given the focus of your blog you could write about this project "failure" - years of investment, release promises etc
