Practical specifics on building interaction would be helpful
Can't disagree with this article, but I would have liked to have heard some practical specifics on how to do things like "intentionally build an environment where folks on all sides of the table can intermingle with ease and comfort."

What's the best way to bring people to that table with that spirit? I've evolved to some answers to that question as a CIO, but I'd like to hear other ideas.
