Great Point About Being Similar to Any Business Initiative
She made a really great point that IT investments should be viewed as any other business investment.

Whether a company decides to open a new market, develop a new product, refresh stores, etc., strategic initiatives are complex, take time, involve investment, and risk. The executive team has certain expectations as to the success of these initiative and IT initiatives are no different.
