Emerging market?
If we're talking about version control, bug tracking, compile farms, etc then how is this an emerging market? Companies have been doing this for years.

As for leasing out computer time...this has been done for decades. It just went out of fashion when computer costs fell so much faster than the transaction costs associated with charging for computer time. Transaction costs have fell now...and we see leasing computer time resurfacing as an "innovation."
