- Well this type of behavior can often be expected from a huge organization. Authoritarian behavior versus power of control. If Qantas had of conducted Organizational Profiling prior to their IT investment/ implementation they would have had a clear understanding of organizational and user requirements both pre implementation and post implementation. This includes identifying disparate systems, training needs whilst ensuring that users are involved in defining the solution which means use adoption at the end.
