too bad for atos
Atos Origins?s fortunes is turning from bad to worse caused by the spiralling effect of poor 2006 performance and a stalled 2007 recovery plan that has focused on organic growth, operational efficiency and global service. This has even led to the replacement of CEOs in UK & Italy early this year. This has also led to takeover speculations a few months ago by some firms including its rival, CapGemini and funds management firms Permira of Britain, the French group PAI Partners and Silver Lake of the United States, among others.
