X-prize competition for cars
1) Ummm, shouldn't that read 5.5 "million" dollars?

2) Would it be possible to add some summary of whether qualifiy cars must be in some way fewaible - for example, can travel at least 55 mph for at least 50 miles on a single charge (or what ever the criteria - if any - are)?
