Darn those HOA's

Darn HOA nazi's in most cases will prevent you
from hanging clothes outside. Apparently, it
brings down a community's property value. Because
you know, owning a washer/dryer is a sign of
wealth or something...

HOA and their bylaws along with the RIAA, two
organizations that should be flogged.
