Actions like this really blow my mind. The Federal Government abuses the Commerce Clause to uniformly regulate nearly all products that 'can' or 'may' be sold across state lines. Why do they now decide to not enforce uniformity?

To me this is just another example of liberal hypocrisy, that the federal government should bully and abuse states into doing what it wants when the states (and their citizens) want conservative policies...but not when states want liberal policies.
