Can't complain about that

Solar is a good idea but it requires a massive storage system.

Not only nights, but for dark, rainy [or worse] days. Some areas of the world only get a few hours of sunlight every day for months. Other places have sporatic periods of rain for nearly a month.

Guaranteeing power to those areas will be a challenge.
