Good goals
Telecommuting, teleconferencing, and paperless offices are all great goals.

Now find me a middle manager that will give up their micro-management of personnel to the point that telecommuting is allowed.

Find a CEO that doesn't want everyone physically in their conference room so they can report on that quarter's successes.

Maybe when all the old guard are gone, this will be adopted more fully, but I haven't seen it yet, not in public or private sectors.

The rest of the green resolutions should be limited to making changes where they are fiscally viable - power management, costs over time, cloud usage, etc. We're not really in the time of spending money just for the sake of green, the green has to make sense.

The cloud, especially, needs to be carefully vetted when providing services to customers that you can't control. Even in-house usage would still need alternate solutions for serving and backup in case the cloud is down or the connection is slow.
