This is a tough call
I say Yes to the handout to keep the many, many thousands of people who work for GM and it's affiliates employed.
I say No to giving my tax dollars to a mega-corporation who can't manage its money, and was too dumb to see the stupid SUV/Gas guzzling, giant automobile craze would not last forever.
