ethanol from corn fuel? Forget about it...
Ethanol from grasses and wood waste
and switch grass is a great idea.
Ethanol from corn is a boondoggle
from the word go and was set up to
subsidize large farms run by
Republicans. It is not green, it ramps
up the price of food, destroys a
economy and cost of production for
all foods. It is stupid and ignorant and
frankly, immoral. There are starving
people in this world and instead of
growing corn, the farmers ought to
grow a nutritious high protein crop so
that Africans and Haitians and those
without protein rich food can gain a
healthy life. Grasses/wood wastes can
produce green fuels and at no
downside. As well, the algae produced
diesel oil is terrific. Stop subsidising
corn production,period.
