Nice spin, as usual.
2025? The CEO of Transocean (the world leader in deep-sea drilling) was questioned about timeframes for drilling sites to come online. He said in no case could he see it taking longer than 5 or 6 years, in *even* *the* *most difficult* and hard to reach locations! He said more often, full-scale production should be possible in 2 or 3 years.

STOP MISREPRESENTING the timeframes required for offshore drilling to have an impact. We all know better. And the lies are unbecoming.
