Enron Loophole ...
the biggest problem IMHO is the Enron Loophole Clinton signed into law that allowed Oil to be traded on the Mercantile Exchange ... aka Commodities Market .. so instead of oil just being sold as a consumable for the refinery, investors are buying futures, betting on the price going up ... then selling @ a profit when it does ...so don't go blaming Oil Companies for making a nickel a gal on gas, when Americans consume some 400 mil Gals a day ... money adds up real quick @ thoose numbers ... however i do think Congress need to end the Tax Cuts for OC's .... but the Ai think Congress needs to end most if not all subsidies ... Farm .. etc

and all this has WHAT to do with IT and such ...
