Side effect of wind farms: Lots of dead birds

The big problem with wind farms, is the amount of birds that it kills on a daily basis.

Drive near any wind farm, and you will see the unfortunate side effect on the floor of most windmills. It is very sad to see beautiful birds of pray, owls and even endangered species on the foots of windmills.

The technology is "clean", but we can't afford to loose the animals that maintain our back yards clean from rodents and many bugs. They also help control the population of many other animals and bugs that under control are nice and "cute", in large amounts they can become pests.

Before building more wind-farms, human kind must find a way to make them safe to the bird population. Making electricity at the expense of wild life is not a good environmental improvement.

You may not care about birds today, but you may end up cursing the windmills when your house becomes infected with rodents and bugs because most of their natural predators were killed.
