Restorative Medical Inc., a small woman owned company whose products are totally Made In America, is proud to announce its Green Initiative. We are dedicated to preserving our Earth?s natural resources while protecting our environment.
Some of the measures we have taken are: replacing old windows with very energy efficient ones; adding extra blown in insulation above all ceilings; replacing old style florescent light fixtures with new high efficiency electronic ballasts and smaller Ecologic bulbs; replacing all regular light bulbs with Compact Fluorescent Lights; heavy plastic vertical layered door covers that separate employee areas that are heated from areas that can remain unheated; and measures to assure that our furnaces and air conditioners are operating at their highest efficiency. Everything that can possibly be recycled is washed and sent to the local recycle facility. Green plants have been brought in to enhance the conversion of carbon dioxide into oxygen. Our employees voluntarily wear layers of clothing during extremely cold weather to prevent higher thermostat settings to decrease our energy consumption.
