- Again, the penalties are just a slap on the wrist. This is all about PR now
- and MS is already starting the spins and trying to appear to be a kindler gentler Microsoft. But, behind the scenes, they will be fighting tooth and nail with dirty tricks like OOXML. Propaganda is alive and well.
