We reeeally haven't already got enough troubles with "open source" knowledge in the nuke and biochem weapons arenas, we have to open up yet a new playbook for the terrorists??
No, I'm not a techie doomsayer, per se -- just that we don't even know enough about what knowledge can be safely made available.
