In a VA hospital recently and watched VistA at work
The VA hospital in Omaha Nebraska handles about ten times the load of a normal hospital and every single bit of the load is possible because of their software. My sister had a big glitch show up in her medical records about a year and a half ago but not a single one of those glitches is there today. Each of my sisters doctors had all of the data on her at their fingertips and it made her trip there go from a six hour marathon to just two hours.

I could not believe the sheer loads of veterans at this particular hospital but I am assuming that most of them are over loaded as well. VA hospitals have a huge load but the software they use makes it possible to have mostly error free data at the doctor's finger tips. The Bush league wanted to destroy the VA hospital system because it is socialized medicine at its best.
