My "natural" body rhythm when left to it's own devices is up at 10:00 am and down at 04:00 am. This isn't conducive to a workday schedule, however, so I run from 08:00 am to 12:00 am.

As I've i with my weight over the years I have learned that the latest I can eat is 7:00 pm. If I have a meal anytime after that, no matter how healthy and calorie-appropriate the meal, I gain weight.

For weight control for me, I stick to breakfast by 08:30 am, lunch no later than 1:30 pm, and dinner no later than 6:30 pm. That may not work for everybody, but it's what works for me, and that's all the proof I need.
