Statin danger is serious
Statins are dangerous, and frequently prescribed without proper followup nor attention to side effects. I'm one of the victims.

According to my internist (who is also head of internal medicine at a major medical school), the actual rate of serious side effects is about 15%. These side effects include severe muscular spasms, memory loss, and depression. In my particular case, the muscular spasms ground my right hip joint to pieces.

I regard any "put statins in the water" attempt as criminal assault.
