How about one payer... but with a twist, the goverment pays them to handle
the details. They handle the end user support and pay the doctors when bills arrive. They enforce the rules as to who gets what.

Maybe they could offer a product to cover dental or how about covering elective surgery?

Either way it rolls, I have an internal struggle with this topic. On one side i dont want to pay a butt load of money every paycheck for something i use, on the otherhand, i am human, a biological machine that will at some point require external help. So my money will eventually be used on me even if it dont use it this year.

With that said, i think its about time we just do it. One payer, every citizen of the US is covered. Notice i said citizen... illegals should be treated, billed and deported. Foreigners should be treated and billed full rate.

I am a republican after all, why should i pay for someone who will never put a cent into the pot? Yes you could argue that poor people who dont work or are on welfare will never work, but atleast they are citizens. Their parents or kids may pay into the system, so atleast someone from their family is chipping in.
