And the hidden problem
I have obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) which is often initially
mis-diagnosed as depression. Other problems of undiagnosed
OSA would be hypertension, stroke, diabetes & reflux.

Quick checks?

Night time reflux
a1c hemoglobin - a very accurate blood test for diabetes
Snoring
A neck side > 16" for women and 17" for men
Hypertension (and strokes)
and Depression.

Sleep studies only need to take one night even if some labs
want 2 nights for twice the fees.
