- Indian Business Machines is part of the problem, not the solution. They are one of a handful of giant IT providers who will attempt to use lobbying to move any national health care discussion towards a solution based on their products. I can think of no worse way to spend limited health care funds then the government outsourcing the solution to contractors who will bill enormous numbers of hours at exorbitant rates and then only deliver a one-off solution based on their pre-existing product.
