what about NP's that offer care? Since they dont pay taxes, they dont get any support in that sense.

We know there are grants coming down the pipe for networks, but what about stand alone centers who are too large for networks to handle or do not want to be forced into downsizing just to join a network.

As far as standardization, as long as everyone is HL7 compliant, there really shouldnt be any big issues. The smaller issue would just be interface creation between systems that are already HL7.
