Until the greedy Pharmaceutical Companies are reeled in...
There is no hope for fixing health care in the US.

It MUST start with the banning of Pharmaceutical Advertising on TV. The billions paid for those ad's are paid by patients needing the meds IF they are lucky enough to afford them.

Advertise to my doctor in their trade journals, like it used to be done. HE is better at deciding what I need, not me seeing an advertisement (and it's 30 second long complications list at the end). Then HE can present the plan to me and I can discuss it with him and THEN decide whether to accept the medication.
