One problem is....
...vaccines are made (and administered) by humans and humans make mistakes.

In the mid 80's, I worked at a school for autistic students. No "mild to moderate", only "severe & profound". Of the approximately 90 students there, I recall at least three whose parents swore their kids were perfectly normal prior to receiving childhood vaccines. Prior to being vaccinated, they'd received perfectly clean bills of health. But then, within days or weeks of receving vaccines, they say their kids spirlaed into a world of their own. Now, can I swear those facts support the theory that it was caused by vaccines? No. Can I say they're awfully convincing coincidences? Quite.
