Wal-Mart not first?
K-Mart's 90 day generics for $15 plan predates Wal-Mart's entry into into cut-rate medication, at least where I live. Even though the K-Mart selection is smaller, it has more of what I would want.

Let's face it though. Insurance co-pay $10 per month. Wal-Mart's three months for $10. This = don't use insurance and save $20 per three months. For three prescriptions that works out to saving $240 over insurance per year!
