I'm all for federalism
But you'll never see it. Because true federalism means the federal
government is 100% out of the equation, both regulatorally and
financially.

Of course that will never happen because most of what the
federal government is involved in today falls way outside its
constitutional authority. But we get it because the American
people want it.
