Greed is the problem with our system
Yes we are capitolists but greed is problem when it comes to affecting the lives of millions.

People sue for malpractice and receive millions. Laywers make a bunch a money from the cases. Insurers make money on the threat of malpractice. Drug companies overcharge for drugs and then attempt to extend patents to ensure additional profits.

Its just plain greed. Sure compensation or restitution should be either paid or care provided for those who have been wronged, but our system allows for greed to slip into an area that should be off limits.

Goverment mandates backed by no funding are another issue. You want it, you pay for it.

Greed prevents insurers from paying for needed proceedures or bringing on people with existing conditions(which is stupid and unethical).

Sure profits should be made in any business, but if it cost human life, its no longer a business, its just greed.
