Time to regulate drug prices?

Some time ....: ago I read an interesting article that gave the facts on this.

I stated:

The people in the US PAY the MOST for drugs effectively underwriting the cost of the R&D and obscene profits for ALL global drug manufactures. While In the rest of the world, Canada, Mexico and Europe, the drug prices are heavily regulated.
