Cholesterol important...
... or not? The Times had an OpEd recounting the laest indications that cholesterol by itself may not be significant to health. Statins may be effective because they control the cholesterol carrier.

Wait long enough and anything may change from not healthy to healthy.

Much of the obesity "epidemic" has been linked to fewer people smoking. And the other advantages from cigarettes are well proven. Energizing, calming, improving judgment... And the animal tests exonerated cigarettes from the charge they cause disease years ago.

So, how many years will it be before doctors recommend that people smoke? wink
