Dead wrong. "Universal access" = socialism. That has *never* worked for reducing costs or improving quality of any endeavor!! Legal reform is needed to prevent excessive liability. Moral reform is needed so that we stop paying for pills/procedures that are franky, elective and immoral, but not "societally accepted". Yeah, even if you don't agree with that latter statement, you have to understand...reproductive function is *natural* and *normal*. My dollars don't need to go toward someone else's desire to thwart nature - that is *not* health care, but purely elective choice!!

Kill coverage of elective choices, kill excessive liability...and you have solved most of the cost issue in health care today.
