As Ian Welsh wrote over the weekend, Canadians get better care than Americans and pay 50% less, except for ?non-essential surgery waiting times.?
Well, I think that breast augmentation or male enlargement are very urgent surgeries since you can't wait for years and let the opportunity pass.
It makes no goood to have them when you are 60 years old!
I think US system is the way to go and should extend the same principle to education, emergency services and law enforcement.
