solves nothing

Bravo, but this solves nothing.

First, the reports associated with this entry are wholly incomplete and inaccurate. Scientists have already created embryo like results with adult stem cells. No where in the articles do they mention the ultimate goal of pluripotent stem cells. Is it stupidity or just poor reporting?

Once science finds a way to create pluripotent stem cells outside of embryos a whole new fundamentalist insurgence will appear that says that these non-embryonic pluripotent stem cells still have the potential to become human life.

If the stem cells can become any cell, then they can become all cells and they can become human. This is the fundamentalist mindset.

There is no way around the fundamentalist mindset, it must be marginalized and sent along its rightful way outside the mainstream.
