Do you think it true...
... that electronic recordkeeping, and sharing of the information, could save $100 million? You spoke of the politicians' endorsement but not of your own.

Me, I'm not certain what electronic recordkeeping is supposed to replace profitably. Though the equipment and software expenses are obvious.

Treatment may or may not be less expensive as a result of improved communication, but the cost of doing business seems likely to increase.
