Consider the Samsung Omnia
As Sam advised, shop the service and plan. Verizon consistently rates better than AT&T per Consumer Reports and more importantly works for me.

With Verizon as my provider, I had to overcome iPod envy and got the Storm. Returned the dog within 30 days and went with the Samsung Omnia as my replacement. The Omnia DOES have Wi-Fi, plus FM, plus a better camera than the Storm. The Omnia doesn't support Lotus Notes which means I won't be able to get work e-mail on my Omnia. And that's a good thing!! happy
