Boy, was that a bunch of nothing!

A valid question was asked about what the customer will see but all the responses were vague generalities and buzzwords. The only concrete example mentioned was that more of the employees would be among the people instead of behind the ticket counter.

Obviously, they don't know exactly what it will look like yet because it doesn't exist yet. You might as well take this video down except for that it shows an example of a lot of talk but little usable information.
