Kool-aid?
Looks like someone has been drinking the kool-
aid. Let's be clear, Oracle's distro is a rip-
off of RedHat's, albeit behind a year or so,
plus patches to help their RDBMS that may not be
accepted in the upstream projects. Don't let
Oracle fool you, the core engineers are at
RedHat.

Oracle build a good marketing mousetrap, in our
case we decided not to be the mouse anymore and
are moving away from them where possible. happy

Two things to be wary of in my opinion, Oracle's
Q/A, and the costs of all the little options of
little pieces and parts that you thought you
already paid for.

Check how many people are moving away from
WebLogic towards JBoss now that Oracle has it.
happy

Good luck with Oracle and watch out for your
walls when the Kool-aid man jumps through it
when you say 'Oh no!'
