They gave very detailed answers to some very good questions. I am not at all surprised that HP did not provide the same level of detail (or any answers at all). This kind of stone walling is exactly what we have come to expect from IBM. HP is clearly no different.
Because these are detailed technical questions, it seem pretty clear that HP is doing what so many companies do - isolate the engineering department from the marketing department and not allow cusotmers to talk to engineers.
