Customer Service
I wish I knew how to get Powers that Be to do something to my Sprint account...

It has been borked since December when it didn't migrate properly to their new billing system. For a while, Sprint couldn't even LOOK at the account, they would tell me I wasn't a Sprint customer despite having a working Sprint phone.

Then that started working, but it sometimes won't let me pay my bill (can't find my account) after telling me what my balance is - it loses the account between that and actually taking the payment.

And it ALWAYS says my account is Past due for $0. I can't even call customer service - it automatically routes me to their internal collections department to take care of my $0 Past Due Balance, after telling me that "To restore service, you must pay the past due balance of --$0 Dollars-- right away."... Additionally, it always says I'm over my spending limit even when I have a 0 balance, so I can't even change my plan.

Yet I've talked to Sprint numerous times since December, and have never gotten anyone to fix it. Usually they don't even UNDERSTAND what I'm saying. When they do seem to understand, they tell me they fixed it, but they didn't. Once, I had a good lead on what was wrong, and some people working on it. Then they called me one day when I was at work dealing with a very important customer. I told them I couldn't talk at the moment, could they call back later or me call them? And the _____ on the other end of the line said "Okay, sir, I'm closing this ticket then, and you can call us when you have time to talk".... and then she hung up.... closing a ticket that too me forever to get opened in the first place, and that was so involved that it involved numerous steps, thus why she actually had to call me back... AND SHE CLOSED IT.

Yes, customer service makes me rant. My phone is great, I can make calls just fine, tyvm sprint, but that doesn't mean everything's copacetic.
