StackSafe Permeable Sandbox, it's a good start
StackSafe is beginning to understand the basic networking requirements of serving the enterprise market. StackSafe's "Permeable Sandbox" describes the basic capabilities required for creating test environments that model production infrastructure, systems, and applications. As the pioneer in virtual lab automation, Surgient has had these and other advanced networking capabilities for several years now, and many of Surgient's customers are using these capabilities on a daily basis and have been for quite some time.

However, considering the pressures they face on a day-to-day basis, IT organizations aim to maintain administrative control and effectively use their IT resources, and automating many of their administrative tasks is key. Surgient's lab management platform has gone beyond the basic capabilities and automates IT administrative tasks via a unique self service capability that enables the business users to serve themselves while minimizing IT administrative involvement. The concept is much like that of an automated teller machine (ATM) for a bank. This approach really takes the pressure off an overworked IT staff and represents the bleeding edge of this market.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
