more than three years ago...
flash was replacing DRAM more than 3 years
ago... I don't know exactly what you mean by
"economic competitor" but seeing as flash has
many advantages over DRAM, even if it was more
expensive, it was a comparable competitor. And
I had a flash BIOS mobo... gosh... at least
seven or eight years ago... I want to say ten
years... end of p3's era at least. They've been
promising 3d flash for a LONG time, its good to
see they're close to making it marketable.
