they better get this right
if microsoft doesn't get this right, they will get an even more mud thrown at them and their image will be damaged beyond repair. vista has left a horrible taste in people mouth and crappy stores will only make it worse. they better design this right and hire they right people. I work for AT&T mobility and i got an OLD lady that didn't want Windows Mobile because she was scared it would be like vista. inside my head i was thinking, "man vista's reputation is screwed no matter what Microsoft does"
