Aggreed to an extent

The inherent problem with PS Home is that it requires you play this "game" when you purchased the system in fact to play other games, not this pale reflection of an MMO. There needs to be more tangible benefits that consumers can reap WHILE playing games - things that directly enhance or improve the gaming experience. PS @ home adds nothing to this in itself...

Its a shame really. The PS3 is a spectacular system with some really great potential far beyond what the Xbox can do. But, a few braindead decisions and the result is that is passed over by most consumers. After 2 years, we're already looking to the next generation of entertainment consoles while PS3 is still just 'catching on.'

Don't get me wrong. I love mine. Stuck a large HD into it so it doubles as a movie/TV show server. It's a great system, but it could have been so much more... I realize the high cost played a large role in the PS3 never gaining much traction. Ahh well... back to PC gaming - the best kind of gaming there is!
