Negative hook for a story about security improvements

Looking at the title and the description of this news item in my ZDNet newsletter, I came here expecting news about already-discovered security flaws in the new version of AIR (1.5), only to discover that the news was about the fact that AIR 1.5 fixed security issues present in AIR 1.0.

I have to wonder if this was done in order to make news (what software update doesn't improve earlier security flaws?) or just to say something negative about AIR.
