Per data at Secunia.com - Opera Seems to be the Most Secure
Opera 9.X, 5% of found vulnerabilities unpatched:
http://secunia.com/advisories/product/10615/?task=statistics

IE 7, 29% of found vulnerabilities unpatched:

This is the first time in several years of periodic checking that I have found Opera not to be 100% patched. I have never seen IE or Firefox 100% patched. Leads me to believe Opera is by far the most consistantly secure. Of course you should be running the latest version of any browser to be as secure as you can with that browser.

Besides the features, that is why Opera continues to be my favorite browser.
